The EU based company that we represent has been manufacturing personalised wet wipes for over 30 years and has many customers across Europe. They are a family owned business where the Owner /Directors have a “hands on” involvement in the running of the business.

How long does it take to produce my personalised wet wipes?
Most personalised products are produced and delivered to you in less than 4 weeks from approval of your personalised design/artwork.

You can either pay in British Pounds or in Euros. Once you have approved the artwork we start to manufacture your personalised wet wipes. We send you an invoice for payment before we deliver the goods to you.

Will you produce a design for me for my personalised wet wipes?
Yes we can produce a design free of charge for your personalised products. All you need to do is supply us with a copy of your logo and inform us of any additional information that you require and we will produce a design for you. We e mail it to you and you can make changes without incurring cost.

Can you deliver to my establishment?
Once your personalised wet wipes have been manufactured we organise delivery to your chosen address with an well established transport company, alternatively you can organise your own transport and pick up from the factory.

Are the personalised wet wipes environmentally sound?
The factory has very high standards when it comes to production. As much as is possible the products are produced in a environmentally friendly way. The factory has been accreditated with ISO 14001 Enviromental Management.

What is the print quality like for the personalised wet wipes?
The print quality of the personalised wet wipes is of a very high standard. The company have their own in house printing machines, so they can control the print quality and have been producing personalised products for over 30 years.

Do you have a price list for your personalised wet wipes?
We haven’t got a published price list as every job is different with the price being affected by the quantity, number of print colours and delivery location. There is a guide price shown above and if you contact us we will e mail you with a total price for the job with no hidden extras.

What about repeat orders ?
Repeat orders are normally cheaper than the first order as there is no plate origination charge and can be produced and generally delivered within 2 weeks depending on how busy the factory is.

Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes there are. Generally speaking the more that is ordered the cheaper the price. Although you can order as few as 3000 wet wipes or sachets the factory has capacity to produce very large quantities of product.
